Liz Franco, Community Association Manager, CCAM, PCAM
began with Katzakian Property Management in 1986 as the office
receptionist. Through perseverance Liz worked her way up as a
residential property manager and then began managing common interest
developments in 1989. Liz holds a designation as a Certified Community
Association Manager (CCAM) from the California Association of Community
Managers (CACM) and Professional Community Association Manager's (PCAM)
from the National Community Association Institute (CAI) organization.
Liz also holds a Real Estate License through the California Bureau of Real Estate. Over the years Liz has worked with developers for several
commercial condominium associations; reviewing CC&Rs with
modification suggestions, developing budgets, assisting in sales and
transitioning to membership control. Liz still manages these commercial
condominium associations in Stockton, Lodi and Woodbridge, some for
over 20 years. Liz was a founding Director for the Central California
Chapter of CAI serving on the Board of Directors for over six years,
including two as president. She now serves as a co-chair for the
Stockton CAI luncheon programs. Liz has over 26 years in experience in
property management, common interest development management and
Lori began working with Katzakian Property Management in 2001 as a Community Association Manager with a portfolio of communities from single family homes to commercial offices. Lori's management experience began at Premier Properties in Reno, Nevada. Lori is also a licensed Realtor for Katzakian Property Management and has completed the CACM certification courses, as well as attended the University of Nevada Reno.
Sarah Van Daele, Community Association Manager/Financial Manager, CCAM
Sarah began working with Katzakian Property Management in 1998 as a Residential Manager and working with financial management. Sarah worked her way into association management in 2008 and is currently responsible for association management and financial management. Sarah holds a designation as a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) , has attended Cuesta College of San Luis Obispo and Delta College in Stockton, CA. Sarah's property management experience began with a property management company in 1991 in San Luis Obispo managing residential properties, accounting, commercial appraisals and office manager for the construction and development department of the company. Sarah finds her position with KPM exciting and enjoys association management and assisting communities with their ongoing needs.
